Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs with great views, but unfortunately, my room faced a noisy street near the delivery entrance causing some disturbance. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to the attentive manager Eduardo. The dining options were decent, but nothing exceptional.
The hotel is located in the center of lovely Palm Springs, offering good views of the mountains and the Coachella Valley. The rooms are comfortable, although being close to a noisy side street might be a downside. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to the excellent manager Eduardo. Dining at Juniper restaurant was enjoyable, with well-priced and delicious options, but it may not be the best choice for everyone.

The location was top-notch, right in the heart of downtown with good views of the mountains. The dining experience was delicious and well-priced. The facilities were fantastic overall.
